I have always been drawn to crystals! Their energy, their vibration, their colors and the way you can get lost within the mesmerizing layers. The crystals you gravitate towards, are in fact, a reflection of you. I love them all!
I started working with crystals over 35 years ago. I made jewelry with the stones and quickly realized that I could combine stones for a much higher purpose. For example, rose quartz is the stone of love. Want to attract love? Wear rose quartz! My Aunt used to say, “It’s just as easy to fall in love with a rich man, as a poor man”. Mind you, she never married but I remembered those words and I soon realized that I could combine rose quartz with aventurine or citrine to reach the goal. It became a joke but a combination that was a profitable one!
I soon became know as the one who combined the stones for a higher purpose.
Over the years I have become a Reiki Master Teacher in many forms of Reiki. It was only natural for me to combine my love of crystals and my passion for Reiki. I now teach people how to use the stones to achieve a much higher level of healing with crystals. It always strikes me as interesting when a Reiki client comes in for a session. They may have a list of whats going on and what they want to focus on. I always find other issues that they are not able to put to words. I am a Psychic but I am also what I call a Crystal Communication Facilitator. I can interpret what the stones are saying and what needs to be focused on. Each stone has a variety of ways it can help on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. The crystal chooses the person! You can clearly see this with children! They know what stone they need without knowing or caring why!
I am the co-owner of Elemental Energies With Chris Ann & Jeff in Wells, Maine. We are the largest metaphysical shop and healing center in the area. We have a huge collection of stones from all over the globe and above. I am passionate about stones from Maine. I find them to have such a unique vibration that is unlike other areas. I do use them in my healing practice as much as I can. Maine is rich in so many minerals! When I do a Reiki session or host a Reiki share, I love to grid around the body with crystals. If the person is up to it, I also do crystals on the body. I always have crystals though out my office, shop, home and car! My art studio has huge stones outside and smaller grids inside. I recognize the untapped potential all around us! A rock is a stone/crystal. They love to have their energy utilized and appreciated!
Using one stone by itself is effective but combing them is much more productive. I get asked many times if the crystals will work together and the answer is a resounding yes! They are found together in nature and they love to work together! I also get asked about how effective a stone is once it has been tumbled vs being a raw/rough stone. I use and sell both. There are times I like raw better but tumbled tend to be more available. I work with both and both are great but do not overlook the raw stone! It may not be cut into a pretty shape or smoothed out, but trust me, it’s powerful energy is there to do effective healing work!
There are a few common suggestions I have for people when it comes to how to use the stones.
My favorite is to carry them! Rule of thumb is the left side of the body is the receptive side or receiving side. The right side is the releasing side or the sending out side. Most stone i wear or carry on the left.

Crystals have been used for their energetic and spiritual abilities for generations. The heads of countries have used certain stones in their crowns, royal jewelry and more! It has been widely recognized, that within the stones abilities, it can be beneficial and empowering. Crystals are also a fantastic investment! I have seen some stones rise in popularity and value. Right now, my favorite stone to recommend is Larimar as it is only mined in the Dominican Republic. Once it is gone, it is gone.
I am happy to use crystal grids throughout our property to create a welcoming feeling of joy and abundance. When combining stones in a certain fashion, using sacred geometry, intuition, and aesthetics, we can create an amazing vibration within our space! The large gambling casinos in Las Vegas have recognized this and the crystals are strategically placed throughout.
I am thankful that I have recognized my love of stones from a very early age of picking up rocks from my extensive travels. It has never left me. I am happy to instill my knowledge and fun obsession within others!
