I have not experienced this level of bullying since junior high school.
As is so common in current times, it’s not called bullying. As is so common right now in our world of language manipulation to try to make you believe 2+2=5, it’s being called something else: social media posts and comments and messages.
I’m not going to share anyone’s name or give you their quotes. I’ll just give you the gist.
First, I was called ignorant.
Second, I was called racist.

What I do on social media is post whatever I find interesting or funny or informative. That’s it. It has rarely been a problem in the past., but for some reason it is now.
My solution has been to have a ‘block party’—every so often I will just round up all the haters (‘haters gotta hate’) and block them from my feed. (I learned this from watching how the FB ‘SUPREME COURT’ does this)
I have considered other strategies, such as turning off commenting on my posts, snoozing messenger, and even taking down my account. I may still do some or all of the above.
My strategy is evolving.
